Event Recap – Virtual Scholarship Reception and Annual Meeting

The Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland honored our 2020 scholarship winners with a virtual meeting on August 12. 

We are proud that these new Buckeyes now represent some of the best and brightest students in Northeast Ohio at The Ohio State University: Seyan C. (Orange), Marvin D. (Orange), Elizabeth H. (Bay Village), Ian M. (Solon), Josh O. (Rocky River) and Kathlyn R. (Fairview Park). 

Molly Ranz Calhoun, the new president and CEO of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, provided the keynote address and several of our recent scholarship recipients shared updates about their college careers. We officially approved five new Board members and concluded the evening with a singing of “Carmen, Ohio.”
