The Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland was recognized as a Program of the Year by the Ohio State University Alumni Association for our virtual event with Nina Day, the wife of football coach Ryan Day.
On April 20, 2021, Christina (Nina) Day spoke about how the family navigated an emotional season shaped by the pandemic and what it means to raise mental health awareness.
In 2019, the couple created The Ryan and Christina Day Fund for Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Wellness in conjunction with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to help raise awareness, increase educational opportunities, and inspire advocacy for mental health.
Our conversation was moderated by Chris Mignogna, executive director of NAMI Greater Cleveland, and immediate past president of the Ohio State Alumni Club of Greater Cleveland.
