Our primary fundraising goal is to provide scholarship money to local area students who will be incoming freshmen at The Ohio State University.

The Club’s Scholarship Committee typically awards one scholarship which is renewable for the full four years of undergraduate study.  Additionally, the Club has been able to provide many other one-year scholarships to deserving students.

Since 2011, we have awarded over $100,000 to these students!

Board members who serve on the Scholarship Committee say this is the most rewarding part of being involved in the Club — being able to meet these fine young people who will soon be Buckeyes!  The caliber of students entering Ohio State is astounding — 65% of 2015 incoming freshmen ranked in the top 10% of their high school class, and 96% were in the top 25% of their class!  On Tuesday, June 14, 2016, we awarded scholarships totaling $26,400 to six Greater Cleveland students who are attending Ohio State this fall.
